INTRODUCTION

    Golden Leather Co., Ltd. was established in 1980. Initially, we have been specialized in vegetable tanned leather. As the pig skin industry in Taiwan flourished and became an important source in the world, we involved in the pig skins and became the most professional supplier of pig suede in Taiwan. At that time, we kept more than 70 colors and 500,000 sf in stock to offer the factories of belt, clothes, hat, shoe and accessory in short-term. This was an unprecedented undertaking.

    However, the pig skin industry was gradually declined in presence because of the environmental protection problem and the offshore migration. Besides, due to the awakening of environmental consciousness, we moved to vegetable tanned leather in 1998. We searched and bought all kinds of vegetable tanned cow leather from the whole world and kept almost 1,000,000 sf of regular stock in our warehouse to offer the customers over the world in short-term. When the world focused on how to develop the environment-friendly product, we had accumulated the experience on the leather field of “vegetable tanned without chrome” for more than 30 years.
